Developing the Whole Child

St. Anthony Preschool offers a high-quality early childhood education program that nurtures health, development, and a love for lifelong learning. We use the Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment Tool to track and support each child's progress toward key learning goals.

Social-Emotional

Preschool students engage in activities that promote cooperation, turn-taking, and interpersonal problem-solving skills.

Language

Teachers enhance students’ communication skills by expanding their academic vocabulary and leading open-ended discussions.

Literacy

Teachers read aloud and conduct small-group lessons to teach text features, comprehension skills, the alphabet, phonics, and handwriting.

Mathematics

Preschool students are introduced to counting, number recognition, and patterning.

Motor Skills

Our newly updated indoor and outdoor play facilities give students opportunities to jump, climb, build, and run!

Faith Formation
