Participation Requirements
High school students must follow Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) rules and provide current physical records to participate in athletic programs.
Required Forms
Physical Evaluation: Required in the 1st and 3rd years of athletic participation.
Alternate Year Card: Required in the 2nd and 4th years of athletic participation.
